• Partner with Manager, Health & Safety on COVID-19 health and safety planning in the workplace in compliance with the Production Return to Work Agreement
  • Oversee the scheduling and tracking of training for crew members
  • Assisting with management of COVID testing of all cast/crew
  • Communicate with cast and crew in disseminating new information from Studio Leadership and Local Government including safety briefings to the crew on-set
  • Assist Manager, Health & Safety and Disney Employee Relations with positive COVID cases for all cast/crew
  • Establish plans and oversee the ordering and distribution of supplies (PPE, disinfectants, etc.) and protective equipment throughout the production
  • Post and maintain approved signage and awareness campaigns
  • Enforce Studio policies and protocols on-set in conjunction with production management
  • Establish and manage an on-set network of crew members to assist with compliance to COVID health and safety protocols
  • Review prep and shooting schedules to ensure required social distancing procedures are in place
  • Scheduling and tracking of on-site testing for crew with vendor
  • Stay current on new developments in health and safety, including guidance from medical and safety partners within TWDC, to improve quality and efficacy of production processes
