The role provides a unique opportunity to work across brands and across social media platforms, including YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, sand others. Candidates should have knowledge of the social data ecosystem, including native reporting platforms, 3rd party tools and aggregators, and social listening platforms.


  • Produce data-driven insights to inform A+E Networks’ social monetization strategies and programming / marketing strategies to maximize social content reach and its performance
  • Integrate data and insights into digital content development process to help guide the video monetization team’s strategy, creative, and best practices
  • Support regular social media reports to better understand social platforms and corresponding audience reactions and behaviors as well as track video content performance across social channels, and provide recommendations to maximize revenue and ensure positive ROI
  • Support the completion of ad-hoc requests related to social media and video monetization

YOUR STORY: [+BEHAVIORS] (what you need to have)

  • Up to 5 years of analytics/insights work experience in social media
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms, including the nuances of video and creative performances, and monetization
  • Must be comfortable working with large amounts of data in a data-intensive environment
  • Analytical mindset with advanced-level skills with MS Excel
  • Experience with social measurement platforms including but not limited to YouTube Analytics, Facebook Insights, ListenFirst, Nielsen Social Guide, Canvs, Netbase, etc.
  • Experience with Domo or similar business intelligence tool a plus
