2AM is currently seeking an Executive Assistant in Production, a role to provide administrative support across two industry “desks” as well as coordinate operations for the Production Department of 2AM.

Initial Responsibilities

Day to day administrative support for two busy producing executives
- Scheduling meetings, phone calls and Zooms
- Answering, directing and tracking a high volume of phone calls
- Inputting contracts with milestones and invoicing and tracking payments
- Tracking and submitting monthly expenses for managers including production billback
- Project-specific liaising with filmmakers in early, pre-production stages (including occasional coordination of travel and accommodations)
- Track new and ongoing projects
- Service full department with submissions and, where necessary, follow-up
- Generate writer, director and cast lists
- Create weekly “weekend read” list
- Managing and editing (not creating) creative assets such as visual decks and lookbooks
- Write concise coverage of scripts, help assess a wide range of material, and provide constructive feedback to producers
- Additionally, this role is expected to travel and be on-location for extended periods of time

Qualifications

- Production Company or Agency experience preferred
- Minimum 2 years of administrative experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Outstanding time management and multi-tasking skills
- Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
