DUTIES INCLUDE:

- Assist with administrative tasks
- Keep inventory of office supplies
- Greet visitors and clients
- Answer phones and roll calls
- Process expense reports
- Handle team lunches and dinners
- Ensure office runs smoothly
- Planning company events and client gifts
- Assist the CEO with calendar management

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

- BS/BA degree or +1 years of experience
- Must have a valid driver license and a reliable vehicle
- Availability to work 40 hours per week from 10:30 am to 8:00 pm, over time as needed
- Experience with G-Suite and Microsoft Office

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

· Experience in the entertainment industry
· Prior office management experience
· Familiarity with Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe Photoshop is a plus.
