What You’ll Do
- Monitor operations to ensure staff members comply with company policies and procedures, safety rules, and government regulations
- Manage operations to ensure compliance with applicable regulations, mitigation measures; prepare applicable reports and documentation
- Develop and maintain relationships across the production spectrum including direct crew, finance, management, and other internal business units
- Mentor, guide, and assist a direct team that is responsible for DOT compliance, mechanical work, Class B/C drivers, operations support, and billing administration
- Conduct Fleet analysis to maximize utilization of owned vehicle fleet to meet intercompany production requirements by capturing all transportation requirements for all NBCU Atlanta based productions
- Review financial reports and process alignment, aligning billing and accounts payable policies. Plan, and implement budgets, developing KPIs which meet and manage OT targets. Manage performance of employees with emphasis on productivity, efficiency, and OCF

What You Must Have…
- Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent professional experience
- 6+ years of experience in managing a transportation division for studio operations, broadcast, or production environment
- Extensive experience managing staff, setting, and maintaining schedules and performance measurements
- Experience managing complex budgets including capital projects
