We are looking for an experienced Assistant to the Co-Head of the Media Rights Department who has a genuine passion for being a part of our mission.

In this role you will:
- Be the point of contact for all inbound and outbound aspects, including scheduling, note-taking, rolling calls, deal-tracking, maintaining expense reports, handling of payments and legal paperwork (i.e., contract signatures, maintaining databases and records, payment tracking etc.)
- Rely on sound judgment and knowledge of the business priorities to ensure relevant meetings are scheduled in a timely manner
- Read and write coverage on incoming book submissions and client work
- Handle complex scheduling on behalf of clients as well
- Submit client materials
- Beyond the administrative side, the position has opportunities for creative input and development.

- Have a keen attention to detail, and strong conflict resolution, and decision-making skills
- Have a proven ability to manage one’s own time and prioritize tasks when given clearly defined goals and objectives
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Exhibit strong time management skills. Possess the capability to be self-directed, but also maintain a friendly attitude with strong interpersonal skills
- Are genuinely curious about Media Rights and have a strong willingness to learn and ask questions
