Responsibilities:
- Create and assemble script for the show
- Oversee distribution of show related paperwork to proper departments
- Track script changes with writers, producers and production departments
- Relay script changes to teleprompter operators and cue card team
- Provide as broadcast scripts and rundowns

Qualifications
Basic Requirements:
- Interested candidates must submit a resume/CV online to be considered
- 1+ years’ experience working in News or other similar fast-paced live broadcast deadline environment
- 2+ years’ experience in Television Production
- Must have knowledge of Final Draft, Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, Slack and experience in formatting production program rundowns and schedules
- Willingness to work long hours and on weekends with short notice
- Must be willing to work in New York, NY
- Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States
- Must be covered by Solutions, NBCU’s Alternative Dispute Resolution Program
