The Assistant to the President of Live Action Film & Series will provide full administrative and project management support to the President of Live Action Film & Series and the LAIKA Live Action department.

- Provide on-going administrative support to the President of Live Action Film & Series including phone coverage, scheduling, office organization, travel arrangements and expense reports.
- Work closely with Live Action Production team to ensure all administrative needs are met.
- Attend meetings and provide notes/meeting recap, action items to relevant parties.
- Track industry trades and other relevant media outlets for news, research, and information to keep department current.
- Actively monitor target resources for potential source material.
- Track, read and give notes on existing and incoming material.
- Assist in preparing internal and external presentations of new and existing properties and projects.
- Act as liaison for external partners including agencies, writers, production partners, talent.

- 1-2 years of industry experience, preferably at talent agencies or other entertainment companies.
- Avid reader and demonstrated skillset in story analysis, strong knowledge of industry trends.
- Demonstrated tact and diplomacy; use discretion, sound judgment and maintain confidentiality at all times.
- Strong attention to detail, ability to prioritize and multi-task.
- Highly proficient in entire MS Office Suite; strong Excel & PowerPoint skills.
