ITV Studios is looking for an Executive Assistant in the Scripted Business & Legal Affairs Department.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Executive Support:
- Maintain multiple executives’ calendars; including appointment scheduling across multiple time zones and offsite locations; respond to changes quickly and proactively alter priorities when necessary
- Maintain up-to-date awareness of the executive’s obligations in order to proactively assist and/or anticipate needs
- Read, interpret, and write email correspondence as it relates to the executive’s obligations
- Answer all incoming calls; at times, sit on scheduled calls taking notes; set up conference calls with multiple internal and external attendees
- Arrange all domestic and international travel plans for executive
- Process expense reports in a timely manner
- Maintain executive’s database of contacts

Administrative Duties:
- Manage a large volume of agreements and correspondence
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including managing and updating extensive project status sheets detailing status of projects and tracking pertinent deal terms such as option dates, expiration dates, compensation, etc.
- Summarize and communicate contractual obligations to various internal teams and work with creative and production finance departments to provide information on a regular basis
- Organize and maintain the online filing system that houses all business affairs and legal documents
- Drafting and editing/proofreading documents as necessary
- Any additional duties as assigned by supervisor and other members of the business and legal affairs team, as primary workloads permit.

QUALIFICATIONS
- 2+ years’ experience in an administrative role, preferably in the legal field and/or television industry
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively across all levels of the organization with discretion, tact, integrity, and diplomacy at all times
- Patience, tolerance, and resilience are key skills
- Ability to collaborate and be a team player
- Self-starter who is willing to learn and able to both manage ambiguity and operate effectively with little supervision
- Ability to handle confidential information and interact professionally with high-level executives, clients, and talent

-Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask, prioritize projects and requests, and work well under pressure
