Gray Talent Group is adding to our theater team. We are either looking to add an Associate Agent (someone with previous agency experience) or an Agent’s Assistant (someone without agency experience).

Responsibilities include (but not limited to)

- preparing and sending appointments/auditions,
- editing and delivering tapes to casting directors, coordinating scheduling with casting offices and actor meetings,
- managing actors’ materials,
- maintaining audition tracking and databases 
- attending theater performances.
- Familiarity with inEntertainment, Breakdown Express, and Casting Networks is a plus, but not required.
- Looking for a self starter with a no-task-too-small mentality.
