The Talent Coordinator provides administrative support to the Talent Management team, including data entry, scheduling, and special projects. Role offers opportunities to learn production business practices in a complex, multi-project film post-production environment.
What You’ll Do
- Assists the Talent Management team in day-to-day activities including:
- Updating assignments and schedules in database
- Calendar scheduling for Talent Management, including various department meetings and demos
- Travel scheduling and coordination
- Expense reporting
- Various administrative tasks as needed
- Email weekly crew reports for each show, and schedule weekly crewing meetings
recording and distributing meeting minutes
- Act as back-up point person for Talent Managers, related to crewing and artist schedules
- Coordinate setting up all End of Show reviews and tracking progress to completion
- Update and maintain confidential files and database, including show credit lists and demo reel requests
- Point of contact for conference room bookings, including set up for cross-site meetings
organize and maintain location equipment including cataloging, shipping and repairs
- Coordinate Talent Management workplace service and IT needs
- Coordinate on-site Talent Management and Training visitors
- Occasionally act as back-up for Executive Assistants
- Assist with various event planning and coordination across ILM departments
- Special projects as needed on an on-going basis as assigned
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in film production or equivalent preferred
- Minimum one year of related experience
- Computer skills: Microsoft Word, Excel, Google Suite
