TMZ Live is seeking a Clips & Clearances Associate Producer to join our Clearance department.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the TMZ Live department with daily tasks
• Handle all assets for a daily show and maintain a weekly budget
• Provide support and communicate with all TMZ team members
• Develop contacts, cultivate sources, and maintain relationships to aid in securing future assets

Requirements:

• Knowledge of photo/video storage systems such as Reach and Dalet, a plus
• Ability to think quickly, problem solve and have exceptional organizational skills
• Ability to negotiate and execute licenses and other contracts
• Ability to anticipate show needs, meet deadlines and be a positive team member.
• Knowledge of entertainment, celebrity news, pop culture & current events
• Strong telephone/communication skills
