What You will Do

  • Greet visitors as they arrive and alert appropriate parties of said arrival
  • Maintain safe and clean reception and common areas by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations
  • Maintain security by following procedures for external guests
  • Answer phones and direct callers to appropriate person
  • Schedule conference rooms and offices
  • Help with setup and breakdown of events 
  • Schedule catering and assist with delivery and set-up
  • Capable of sitting, standing, and lifting up to 25 lbs

What You Will Need

  • 1+ years experience working in a high-volume work environment
  • Previous experience in a reception, hostess or related role preferred
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
