What You will Do
- Greet visitors as they arrive and alert appropriate parties of said arrival
- Maintain safe and clean reception and common areas by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations
- Maintain security by following procedures for external guests
- Answer phones and direct callers to appropriate person
- Schedule conference rooms and offices
- Help with setup and breakdown of events
- Schedule catering and assist with delivery and set-up
- Capable of sitting, standing, and lifting up to 25 lbs
What You Will Need
- 1+ years experience working in a high-volume work environment
- Previous experience in a reception, hostess or related role preferred
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
