The Daily:
- Assist Director and VP in the development and execution of multiplatform integrated marketing programs for key advertisers from ideation through campaign completion, spanning in-show integration, custom branded content, sponsorships, experiential/events, and more.
- Basic responsibilities include: building proposals and creative briefs, managing partnership execution and communication by coordinating project asset delivery, maintaining production timelines, tracking budgets, scheduling content rollout across CW linear, digital and social platforms, and tracking delivery.
- Serve as the central liaison between clients and internal/external creative and production teams to ensure we’re outputting best-in-class content that meets brand objectives and campaign deliverables while bringing value to the CW audience.
- Foster relationships and effectively communicate partnership efforts to various internal and external stakeholders including Ad Sales, Programming, Research, Finance, Business Affairs, Publicity, Events, Executive Producers/Showrunners, Studio Executives, Media Agencies, and advertising clients.
- Gather internal and external data to create in-depth partnership recap decks that highlight the successes and learnings of each program, showcasing the value of the partnership to the client.
- Actively participate in creative brainstorms for client RFPs and network marketing initiatives.
- Support Director in attending client meetings to present The CW’s updated programming slate and current pitch on behalf of the Branded Entertainment team as well as presenting custom proposals to client and agency partners.
- When needed, oversee the production of in-show integration and custom content shoots. Travel may be required to various sets/locations.
- Consistently stay abreast of the Branded Entertainment and competitive landscape.
The Essentials:
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Client-facing experience, either within the Branded Entertainment/integrated marketing landscape or Ad Sales (ideally 3-5 years)
- Understanding of partnership marketing
- Working knowledge of/experience with live sports and sports entertainment programming
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and platform-specific social media analytics (including Meta platforms, TikTok, Twitter, YouTube)
- Experience with third party social analytics platforms a plus: Conviva, ListenFirst, etc.
