Moonbug Entertainment is looking for a Head of Media. 


  • Set the roadmap; evaluate, optimize, build and roll out our media product offering across YouTube, CTV, social and retail media
  • Identify key opportunities and trends to capitalize on emerging channels such as retail media, in-game advertising, partnerships, sponsorships, and more
  • Lead planning and implementing media strategies for client campaigns, ensuring that campaigns meet the client's goals
  • Partner with the sales team, creative team and integrated strategy team to develop ROI focused media strategies
  • Expert across the Media Lifecycle; Strategy, Planning, Buying, Delivery and Optimization
  • You’ll oversee media plan development, creating media plans that are strategically and executionally sound
  • Review all plans to ensure quality and flawless execution can be achieved
  • Work closely with Advertising Operations to ensure strategies are implemented and delivered against
  • Translate campaign learnings into actionable insights that inform new products and media recommendations
  • Optimize pricing models, inventory allocation, and campaign execution to maximize revenue potential
  • Ongoing pricing analysis for marketplace competitiveness
  • Lead our measurement agenda, identifying and implementing strategic partnerships
  • Stay current on all industry trends and provide internal recommendations as relevant


  • 12+ years’ experience in digital media, media agency background preferred
  • Experience in kids advertising preferred
  • A deep understanding of digital media and proven industry disrupter with a forward-thinking creative mindset
  • Proficiency with YouTube, social platforms - Meta and TikTok & Amazon
  • Excellent strategic media planning skills with the ability to identify, prioritize, and execute high impact campaigns and initiatives
  • Deep understanding of both brand and performance marketing, the funnel and KPIs
