Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
- Act as gatekeeper and first point of contact for the office; greeting and directing clients, employees and general visitors
- Answer & screen phones in polite, professional and positive manner
- Maintain office common areas and conference room scheduling
- Ensure kitchen is stocked & office supplies are ordered when needed and where applicable
- Redirect and manage flow of incoming packages and mail to mailroom and the appropriate facility areas
- Plan, execute and manage occasional office social events with discretion and professionalism at all times
- Provide additional ad-hoc administrative support to the team as needed
- Complete ad-hoc department projects for various departments across the agency as needs arise, including script coverage, cutting client scenes, and various departmental administrative requests
Required Skills:
- Polished, outgoing, professional manner
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite – Outlook, Teams, Excel
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks accordingly
Qualifications and Training:
- 1-2 years of receptionist/administrative experience preferred
- High school degree or equivalent
- Strong understanding of and enthusiasm for the Media, Sports, Events industry
