The Production Manager will be an essential member of our production team and work closely with the Creative department to provide logistical support during pre-production and on set.

Key Responsibilities

  • Actively participate in greenlight and pre-production meetings to offer essential logistical support to producers.
  • Identify production needs and delegate tasks to Coordinators, PA’s, and Production staff.
  • Assess the needs of production personnel and hire contractors, as needed.
  • Oversee the recruitment and onboarding of freelance cast and crew.
  • Collaborate with the Casting Department to develop shoot schedules and call sheets.
  • Efficiently manage all purchase requests, including those for shoots and general operations.
  • Maintain oversight of company cards and reconcile all expenses on a weekly basis.
  • Aid the Line Producer in initiating new projects and maintaining pertinent documents.
  • Support the Line Producer in the finalization of budgets and the management of associated documents.
  • Coordinate with the Technical Director and Studio Techs to ensure all studio requirements are met during pre-production.
  • Supervise production activities, including staff, crew, and processes, to ensure smooth production operations on shoot days.
  • Uphold Electric Monster's ethics and values while performing duties.

  • Maintain composure and lead by example during challenging times, demonstrating resilience and the ability to make informed decisions under pressure.

  • Bachelor's degree in Film Production, Business, Communications, or related field.
  • 5+ years experience working in physical production. Experience working in digital media is a plus.
  • Minimum of 2 years demonstrated experience managing people.
  • Working knowledge of Google Workspace, and can easily pick up on other project management software utilized by the team e.g. Airtable, Monday, etc
