The ESG Compliance team, in partnership with the broader Green Measure Project, is responsible for providing accurate, auditable and timely Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) external reporting. This Summer Internship is from May/June through August 30th (start and end dates are flexible based on school schedules) and all candidates must be able to work 40 hours a week, Monday through Friday in the specified location.


  • Maintain accuracy of database that catalogs all leases—including stages, offices, warehouses— used by domestic television and motion picture productions

  • Identify recommendations for process improvements around Greenhouse Gas Scope 1 & 2 production facility data collection

  • Support process documentation for current and future state ESG reporting procedures

  • Document meeting participation, outcomes and action items

  • Organize team building events

  • Conduct ad hoc support or research efforts as needed


  • Rising undergraduate junior or senior

  • Exceptional attention to detail and focus on high-quality standards

  • Demonstrated examples of leadership

  • Strong research and written communication skills

  • Strong qualitative and quantitative analytical skills

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office or comparable tools
