The Receptionist is responsible for providing passionate, and inspired customer service to every client, every day who walks into our West Hollywood Studios. The ideal candidate will demonstrate initiative, enthusiasm, and multi-tasking abilities in an environment that demands exceptional performance.

Responsibilities:

  • General clerical and administrative duties including letter drafting, filing, photocopying, faxing, handling phones, managing calendars, scheduling, expenses, and office management.
  • Greet clients upon their arrival, making sure they are comfortable, and their needs are met.
  • Direct clients to their location in the facility when they arrive.
  • Answers telephones and directs the caller to the appropriate associate. Transfer a caller to an associate’s voice mailbox when the associate is unavailable.
  • Provide callers with information such as company address, directions to the company location, company fax numbers, company website and other related information.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 2+ years of administrative/ event coordination / receptionist experience.
  • Experience with executive desks/agency (rolling calls, heavy calendars, etc.) preferred.
  • Ability to work well under pressure; meet tight deadlines; manage multiple projects and expectations; and maintain a sharp focus while managing competing priorities.
  • Attention to detail and strong organization skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, while understanding the importance of maintaining confidentiality.
