Disney Branded Television (DBT) and National Geographic (NG) are seeking a Coordinator of Talent Relations, Events and Operations to support our team’s expanding slate of responsibilities across both brands. This role will report to the Vice President of Talent Relations, Events and Operations and will work closely with the Director of Events and Operations to ensure the department has the administrative support necessary to perform all functions with precision and efficiency.


  • Book and coordinate travel and itineraries for talent appearances/events including hotel, airfare travel, arranging car service, and all other travel logistics needed for talent appearances. Assist with talent gifting fulfillment.
  • Support event managers to track and reconcile costs, coordinate event invitation and guest lists, compile seating charts, organize ticketing, rooming lists, and other logistical duties as directed.
  • Work with operations manager to obtain and upload service agreements, process and code invoices, and maintain budget tracking documents.
  • Provide administrative support to the department, including meeting scheduling, booking department travel, maintaining department planning and documents, and populating a department calendar.
  • Provide onsite logistical support at events, festivals, premieres and marketing shoots, and assist with onsite talent interactions as directed.


  • 1 + years of relevant experience; publicity/events, film/TV, admin support; working with talent, representatives, and executives.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both orally and in writing.
  • Understanding of budgets/payment processing preferred.
  • Fluency in commonly used cloud-based software: Microsoft 365, G-Suite, Apple iWorks, Slack, SFDC.
  • Strong multitasking, organizational skills, attention to detail.
