    Crewvie.com, on behalf of Renegade gUrls, LLC ("Company" or "we"), wants you to be familiar with how we collect, use, and disclose information from and about you. This Privacy Policy describes our practices in connection with information collected through services such as our websites, mobile sites, applications ("apps"), and widgets (collectively, the "Company Services"). By using the Company Services, you agree to the terms and conditions of this Privacy Policy

    The purpose of the Company Services is to permit the public display of information collected to facilitate the vetting and hiring of individuals and vendors.

    We rely on a number of legal bases to process the information we receive about you from your use of the Company Services, including where: (1) you have consented to the processing; (2) the processing is necessary in order to provide the Company Services to you to and perform any necessary contractual obligations, including those of our Terms of Use; (3) necessary to comply with a legal obligation, a court order, or to exercise or defend legal claims; (4) necessary to protect your vital interests or those of others; (5) necessary in the public interest; (6) necessary for the purposes of our or a third party’s legitimate interests, such as those of visitors, users, or partners; and (7) you have expressly made the information public.

    We use this information for internal use to improve user experience and this information will not be shared with third parties.

    If you subscribe to our mailing list or email us, we may keep your message, email address, and contact information to respond to your requests, provide the requested Company Services, and to provide notifications or other correspondences to you. If you supply us with your postal address on-line, you may receive periodic mailings from us with information on new products and services or upcoming events.

    You may provide information to us via support requests submitted through the Company Services. We will use this information to assist you with your support request and may maintain this information to assist you or other users with support requests. Please do not submit any information to us via a support submission, including confidential or sensitive information that you do not wish the Company or its affiliates to have access to or use in the future.

    Public Information and Posts.     Public Information and Posts are always public, which means they are available to everyone and may be displayed in search results on external search engines.

    Information from Social Media. If you access or log-in to a Company Service through a social media service or connect a Company Service to a social media service, the information we collect may also include your user ID and/or user name associated with that social media service, any information or content you have permitted the social media service to share with us, such as your profile picture, email address, or friends lists, and any information you have made public in connection with that social media service.     Activity Information. When you access and/or interact with the Company Services, the Company and its Service Providers (as defined below) may collect certain information about those visits.     Do Not Track Signals. At this time we do not respond to browser ‘Do Not Track’ signals sent by web browsers, mobile devices, or other mechanisms. Per industry standards, third parties may be able to collect information, including personal information, about your online activities over time and across different websites or online services when you use the Company Services.     We use the information we collect from and about you to provide the Company Services and features to you, including: to measure and improve those Company Services and features; to improve your experience with both online and off-line Company Services by delivering content you will find relevant and interesting, including advertising and marketing messages; to allow you to comment on content and participate in online games, contests, or rewards programs; to provide you with customer support; and to respond to inquiries.

    We generally process personal information received about you through the Company Services on the legal basis of the Company’s legitimate interests where such processing is necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by the Company or by our Service Providers (as defined below) related to the Company Services.     To allow Service Providers to assist us in providing and managing the Company Services. We may offer co-branded services and/or features, such as contests, sweepstakes, or other promotions together with a third party ("Co-Branded Services"). These Co-Branded Services may be hosted on Company Services or on the third party’s service. By virtue of these relationships, we may share the information you submit in connection with the Co-Branded Services with the third party. The third party’s use of your information will be governed by the third party’s privacy policy.

    To deliver relevant advertisements. The Company and our Service Providers may use the information we collect from and about you to deliver relevant ads to you when you use the Company Services or another service. As noted above, third-party advertising networks and advertisers may use cookies and similar technologies to collect and track information such as demographic information, inferred interests, aggregated information, and activity to assist them in delivering advertising that is more relevant to your interests.     To contact you. The Company may periodically send promotional materials or notifications related to the Company Services. If you want to stop receiving promotional materials, you can either send an email to privacyATcrewvie.com or follow the unsubscribe instructions at the bottom of each email. There are certain service notification emails that you may not opt-out of, such as notifications of changes to the Company Services or policies. If you have installed a mobile app and you wish to stop receiving push notifications, you can change the settings either on your mobile device or through the app.

    To share with our Company Affiliates. The Company may share your information with Company affiliates for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy. Users who visit Company affiliates’ services should still refer to their separate privacy policies, which may differ in some respects from this Privacy Policy.

    To share with business partners. The Company may share your information with business partners to permit them to send you marketing communications consistent with your choices. We rely on consent (which can be withdrawn at any time) to send marketing communications and for third-party sharing relating to advertising.

    To protect the rights of the Company and others. There may be instances when the Company may use or disclose your information, including situations where the Company has a good faith belief that such use or disclosure is necessary, in order to: (i) protect, enforce, or defend the legal rights, privacy, safety, or property of the Company, our Company affiliates or their employees, agents and contractors (including enforcement of our agreements and our terms of use); (ii) protect the safety, privacy, and security of users of the Company Services or members of the public; (iii) protect against fraud or for risk management purposes; (iv) comply with the law or legal processes; or (v) respond to requests from public and government authorities.

    To complete a merger or sale of assets. If the Company sells all or part of its business, or makes a sale or transfer of its assets, or is otherwise involved in a merger or transfer of all or a material part of its business (including in connection with a bankruptcy or similar proceedings), the Company may transfer your information to the party or parties involved in the transaction as part of that transaction. Such transactions may be necessary and in legitimate interests.

    The Company uses commercially reasonable administrative, technical, personnel, and physical measures to safeguard information in its possession against loss, theft, and unauthorized use, disclosure, or modification. However, no one can guarantee the complete safety of your information. The Company cannot guarantee the security of our systems or databases, nor can we guarantee that personal information we collect about you will not be breached, intercepted, destroyed, accessed, or otherwise disclosed without authorization. Any information you transfer to or from the Company Services is done at your own risk.

    Collection of Personal Information. Over the past year, we have collected the following categories of personal information about California residents:

    • personal information categories listed in the California Customer Records statute such as your name, physical characteristics or description, address, telephone number, education, employment, employment history;
    • Protected classification characteristics under California or federal law such as your age, race, color, ancestry, national origin, physical or mental disability, sex (including gender, gender identity, gender expression, sexual orientation, veteran or military status, genetic information (including familial genetic information);
    • commercial information such as records of personal property, products or services purchased, obtained, or considered, or other purchasing or consuming histories or tendencies;
    • Internet or other similar network activity as such browsing history, search history, information on a consumer’s interaction with a website, application, or advertisement.
    • geolocation data including physical location or movements;
    • professional or employment-related information such as your current or past job history or performance evaluations;
    • inferences drawn from other personal information to reflect your preferences, characteristics, trends or aptitudes.

    Disclosures of Personal Information. Over the past year, we have disclosed the following categories of personal information:

    • identifiers such as your online identifier;

    • inferences drawn from other personal information to reflect your preferences, characteristics, trends or aptitudes.

    Reasons for collection. We collect this personal information for the following business purposes:

    • to provide you with the Company Services and the ability to create a profile with us; for identity verification purposes related to access of the Services via the Login;
    • to communicate with the User, or respond to User inquiries, about the Services, or for any other purpose for which the User has provided such information; and
    • to enhance the Services and any other product or service;

    Sales of Personal Information. The California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) requires organizations like ours to disclose the personal information we have "sold" over the last year. The CCPA defines "sale," among others, as making available consumer’s personal information to others for monetary or other valuable consideration. Over the past 12 months, we have not sold any of your personal information.

  7. YOUR RIGHTS AS A CALIFORNIA RESIDENT.

    Effective on January 1, 2020, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) provides consumers (California residents) with specific rights regarding their personal information. If you reside in California, you may exercise the following rights:

    • A right to disclosure of the categories of personal information collected by us
    • A right to disclosure of the specific pieces of personal information collected by us
    • A right to deletion of personal information by us (subject to certain Exceptions outlined below)
    • A right to receive personal information in a format that will allow its transfer to third parties by you
    • A right to opt-out of the "sale" of personal information, where a "sale" under the CCPA means "selling, renting, releasing, disclosing, disseminating, making available, transferring, or otherwise communicating orally, in writing, or by electronic or other means, a consumer’s personal information to another business or a third party for monetary or other valuable consideration." We do not sell your personal information.
    • A right to sue for security breaches of personal information

    Access to specific information and data portability rights. You have the right to request that we disclose to you your personal information we have collected about you over the past 12 months from the day of your request. Once we receive and confirm your request, we will disclose to you:

    • the categories of personal information we collected about you.
    • the categories of sources for the personal information we collected about you.
    • our business and commercial purposes for collecting or selling that personal information.
    • the categories of third parties with whom we shared that personal information.
    • the specific pieces of personal information we collected about you.
      • if we "sold" or disclosed your personal information for a business purpose, up to two separate lists disclosing:
      • if we "sold" your personal information, "sales", identifying the personal information categories that each category of recipient "purchased"; and
      • if we disclosed your personal information, disclosures for a business purpose, identifying the personal information categories that each category of recipient obtained.

    Deletion request rights. You have the right to request that we delete any of personal information data that we collected from you and retained, subject to certain Exceptions (as listed below). Once we receive and confirm your request, we will delete your personal information from our records unless an Exception applies.

    We may deny your deletion request if retaining the information is necessary for us or our Service Provider(s):

    • to complete the transaction for which we collected the personal information, provide a good or service that you requested, take actions reasonably anticipated within the context of our ongoing business relationship with you, or otherwise perform our contract with you;
    • to detect security incidents, protect against malicious, deceptive, fraudulent, or illegal activity, or prosecute those responsible for such activities;
    • to debug products to identify and repair errors that impair existing intended functionality;
    • to exercise free speech, ensure the right of another consumer to exercise their free speech rights, or exercise another right provided for by law;
    • to comply with the California Electronic Communications Privacy Act (Cal. Penal Code § 1546 et. seq.);
    • to engage in public or peer-reviewed scientific, historical, or statistical research in the public interest that adheres to all other applicable ethics and privacy laws, when the information’s deletion may likely render impossible or seriously impair the research’s achievement, if you previously provided informed consent;
    • to enable solely internal uses that are reasonably aligned with consumer expectations based on your relationship with us;
    • to comply with a legal obligation; or
    • to make other internal and lawful uses of that information that are compatible with the context in which you provided it (each an "Exception" and collectively, "Exceptions").

    Non-Discrimination. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your CCPA rights. Unless permitted by the CCPA, we will not:

    • deny you goods or services.
    • charge you different prices or rates for goods or services, including through granting discounts or other benefits, or imposing penalties.
    • provide you a different level or quality of goods or services.
    • suggest that you may receive a different price or rate for goods or services or a different level or quality of goods or services.

    However, we may still offer you certain financial incentives that can result in different prices, rates or service quality levels as permitted by the CCPA. We do not at this provide such financial incentives:

    Exercising Access, Data Portability and Deletion Rights. To exercise your rights described above, please submit a request to us by either:

    Only you, or someone legally authorized to act on your behalf, may make a request related to your personal information. You may also make a request on behalf of your minor child. We cannot respond to your request or provide you with personal information if we cannot verify your identity or authority to make the request and confirm the personal information relates to you.

    You may only make a request for access or data portability twice within a 12-month period. The request must:

    • provide sufficient information that allows us to reasonably verify you are the person about whom we collected personal information or an authorized representative; and
    • describe your request with sufficient detail that allows us to properly understand, evaluate, and respond to it.

    Making a request does not require you to create an account with us. Also, we will only use personal information provided in a request to verify the requestor’s identity or authority to make the request.

    Your Authorized Agent. You have the right to designate an authorized agent to make a request under the CCPA on your behalf.

    Response Timing and Format. We will confirm that we received your request within ten (10) days and will respond within forty-five (45) days of its receipt. If we require more time, we will inform you of the reason and extension period in writing.

    We will deliver our written response electronically or, at your option, by mail.

    Any disclosures we provide will only cover the 12-month period preceding our receipt of the request. The response we provide will also explain the reasons we cannot comply with a request, if applicable. For data portability requests, we will select a format to provide your personal information that is readily useable and should allow you to transmit the information from one entity to another entity without hindrance.

    We do not charge a fee to process or respond to your request unless it is excessive, repetitive, or manifestly unfounded. If we determine that the request warrants a fee, we will tell you why we made that decision and provide you with a cost estimate before completing your request.

  8. USER ACCESS AND CONTROL

    If you would like to access, review, correct, update, suppress, or otherwise limit our use of your personal information you have previously provided directly to us, you may contact us as outlined in Section 3, or using the mechanisms provided below. In your request, please include your email address, name, address, and telephone number and specify clearly what information you would like to access, change, update, or suppress. We will try to comply with your request as soon as reasonably practicable.

  9. YOUR RIGHTS AS AN EU RESIDENT

    The Company seeks to ensure all individuals are provided with the rights mandated by their governing jurisdiction. Not all of the rights discussed in this Privacy Policy will apply to each individual data subject and may not apply to you depending upon your jurisdiction.

    You may benefit from a number of rights in relation to your information that we process. Some rights apply only in certain limited cases, depending on your location. If you would like to manage, change, limit, or delete your personal information, you can do so by contacting us. Upon your request, we will provide you with information about whether we hold any of your personal information. In certain cases where we process your information, you may also have a right to restrict or limit the ways in which we use your personal information. In certain circumstances, you may have the right to request the deletion of your personal information and/or to obtain a copy of your personal information in an easily accessible format.

    European Privacy Rights. To the extent that such rights are mandated by the laws applicable to the individual data subject, such as all data subjects residing in the European Union ("EU"), the following rights may apply: the right to access (GDPR, Article 15); the right to rectification (GDPR, Article 16); the right to erasure (GDPR, Article 17); the right to restrict processing (GDPR, Articles 18); the right of object (GDPR, Article 21); and if applicable, the right to data portability (GDPR, Article 20). You may also have a right to lodge a complaint with an appropriate data privacy regulatory authority (GDPR, Article 77).

    If we process your information based on our legitimate interests as explained in this Privacy Policy, or in the public interest, you can object to this processing in certain circumstances. In such cases, we will cease processing your information unless we have compelling legitimate grounds to continue processing or where it is needed for legal reasons.

    Where we use your data for direct marketing purposes, you can always object using the unsubscribe link in such communications or changing your account settings. However, please note you may not opt-out of receiving certain communications related to the Company Services, such as account verifications, communications regarding changes or updates to features of the Company Services, or technical and security notices.

    Where you have provided consent to certain data processing, you have the right to withdraw that consent at any time by contacting at: privacyATcrewvie.com. A withdrawal of consent will not affect the validity of our use of your personal information up until the point you have withdrawn your consent.

  10. OTHER IMPORTANT INFORMATION

    Updates to Privacy Policy. The Company may modify this Privacy Policy. Please look at the Effective Date at the top of this Privacy Policy to see when this Privacy Policy was last revised. Any changes to this Privacy Policy will become effective when we post the revised Privacy Policy on the Company Services.

    Location of Data. The Company Services are hosted in and managed from the United States. If you are a user located outside the United States, you understand and consent to having any personal information processed in the United States. United States data protection and other relevant laws may not be the same as those in your jurisdiction. This includes the use of cookies and other tracking technologies as described above. As a result, please read this Privacy Policy with care.

    Linked Services. The Company Services may also be linked to sites operated by unaffiliated companies and may carry advertisements or offer content, functionality, games, newsletters, contests or sweepstakes, or applications developed and maintained by unaffiliated companies. The Company is not responsible for the privacy practices of unaffiliated companies, and once you leave the Company Services or click an advertisement you should check the applicable privacy policy of the other service. In addition, the Company is not responsible for the privacy or data security practices of other organizations, such as Facebook, Tumblr, Twitter, Apple, Google, Microsoft or any other app developer, app provider, social media platform provider, operating system provider, wireless service provider, or device manufacturer, including in connection with any information you disclose to other organizations through or in connection with the Company Services.

    Collection of Personal Financial Information by a Payment Service. In some cases, we may use an unaffiliated payment service to allow you to purchase a product or make payments ("Payment Service"). If you wish to purchase a product or make a payment using a Payment Service, you will be directed to a Payment Service webpage. Any information that you provide to a Payment Service will be subject to the applicable Payment Service’s privacy policy, rather than this Privacy Policy. We have no control over, and are not responsible for, any Payment Service’s use of information collected through any Payment Service.

    Data Retention. We will retain your information for the period necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy unless a longer retention period is required or allowed by law.

    Remember that even after you cancel your account, copies of some information from your account may remain viewable in some circumstances where, for example, you have shared information with social media or other services. Because of the nature of caching technology, your account may not be instantly inaccessible to others. We may also retain backup information related to your account on our servers for some time after cancelation for fraud detection or to comply with applicable law or our internal security policies. It is not always possible to completely remove or delete all of your information due to technical constraints, contractual, financial or legal requirements. Data retention related requests will be handled according to applicable laws and regulations. By choosing to cancel your account, delete your information, or opt-out of the collection and use of your information, you understand that certain features, including, but not limited to, access to the Company Services or certain areas of the Company Services, may no longer be available to you.

    Sensitive Information.
