• Assist music department with daily tasks (maintain calendars, distribute music, etc.)
  • Assist with band logistics (transportation, guest lists, travel, hospitality, etc.)
  • Assist with day-of talent requests and needs (hair and makeup, wardrobe, rehearsal timing, etc.)
  • Coordinate internally regarding talent hospitality & dressing rooms
  • Maintain music channels on slack
  • Track talent ground transportation needs
  • Prep daily payment/appearance contracts for guest band
  • Schedule creative calls and meetings
  • Take creative call notes and email out to music list serve
  • Scout musical talent as needed
  • Research upcoming musical guests, concert tours, charts, releases, etc.
  • Log and enter music cues
  • Maintain a complete music calendar (artists, song, comedy, remote, etc.)
  • Escort and greet talent and their guests
  • Coordinate with show security on talent needs
  • Source talent rider items
  • Watch show tapings for accuracy
  • Manage music interns


  • Bachelor’s degree required

  • 1+ years professional television or Film production work experience preferred.

  • Research skills a plus.
• Must be proficient on Mac.

  • Must have ability to work flexible hours due to the production schedule of the show, including weekends and evenings when necessary.

  • References from previous employers required.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multi-task and be agreeable to changes
