The Assistant will provide support to an agent that focuses on art, architecture and social media throughout the company.
Responsibilities- Social media content creation, data collection and analysis behind each post
- Suggesting recommendations to adjust the social media marketing strategy for optimal results
- Staying up to date on best practices and emerging trends in social media
- Assist in the creation and editing of written, video, and photo content
- Attend events and produce live social media content
- Administrative duties include handling phones, calendar management, correspondence, scheduling travel, preparing expense reports, and general office management tasks
- Conceptualizes, designs and produces a wide range of creative projects including presentation decks
- Assist with special projects, research, and compiling information as needed
- Serve as first point of contact with clients, agents and executives
Qualifications
- Have a solid understanding of how each social media channel work such as TikTok, Instagram etc. And how to optimize content so that it is engaging on those channels
- Some social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge
- Strong Microsoft Office (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.), Photoshop, Adobe InDesign
- Ability to work well under pressure; meet tight deadlines; manage multiple projects and expectations; maintain a sharp focus while managing competing priorities
- Attention to detail, follow-up, and strong organization skills are a must
- Strong interpersonal skills, while understanding the importance of maintaining confidentiality
- Ability to effectively communicate and interact with employees at all levels
- Adept at quickly learning new processes, technology, and ability to assimilate oneself and become familiar with existing systems
