We're seeking an experienced and dedicated Production Manager to join our dynamic team Located in the heart of Santa Monica.
The Production Manager will be an essential part of our production team, working under the Head of Production (HOP) to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of all our productions. This role requires a proactive, organized individual who can manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, negotiate effectively, and maintain excellent relationships with both internal teams and external partners.Key Responsibilities:
-Assist the Head of Production in all facets of production as needed, ensuring effective management and oversight of project timelines, budgets, and logistics.
-Coordinate closely with internal producers, executives, and external teams to assess and meet the needs of each production.
-Regularly manage, review, and update production expenses, keeping executives informed of potential cost issues and final project actuals.
-Maintain a comprehensive database of freelance crews and a rolodex of department heads and their agents.
-Schedule and lead startup and wrap meetings, ensuring all production phases are executed smoothly.
Qualifications::
-Bachelor's degree
-Proven experience as a Production Manager in the advertising industry, at least 3-5 years.
-Proficiency in industry-standard production accounting software (e.g., Hot Budget, Wrapbook, Caps) and Microsoft Office Suite, with an emphasis on Excel.
-Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
-Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
